Minnesota has the most affordable healthcare in the U.S., according to an analysis released July 31 by WalletHub, a personal finance website.
To determine states' rankings by cost of care, WalletHub compared states across six metrics, including the cost of a medical visit and share of high out-of-pocket medical spending.
