Dallas-based Medical City Healthcare is naming Raylene Platel, MD, as vice president of graduate medical education.
Prior to joining Medical City, Dr. Platel served as chief medical officer at Medical City McKinney (Texas). Dr. Platel received her medical degree at Detroit-based Wayne State University, according to the Sept. 28 Medical City news release provided to Becker's.
In her new position, Dr. Platel will oversee residency and fellowship graduate programs.
