Google is willing to pay $208,000 to $306,000 plus bonus and equity for a physician leader with experience in public health, according to a recent job listing.
Google Health is searching for a physician with a Master's in public health and 10-plus years of experience in senior leadership to support the tech giant's initiatives to develop tools and products focused on population health. The physician would also represent Google internally and externally for work focused on public health, climate and mental health services.
"As a Clinical Lead, you'll be an effective and influential contributor to our work - developing intelligent and intuitive tools that help improve the health of individuals and populations. You'll shape the content, design and execution of products," the job listing states.
The preferred working location for the physician is Washington, D.C., or Cambridge, Mass. The job listing notes preferred qualifications include experience with healthcare providers, government health insurers and taking digital health products from concept to market or clinical use.
