Trenton, N.J., is the worst state capital to live in, according to a Feb. 13 report from WalletHub.

The report based its rankings on four key metrics — affordability, economic well-being, quality of education and health, and quality of life.

Here is the average annual compensation for "physicians, all other" in the worst state capitals to live in, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
