Agilon Health has acquired mphrX, a value-based care technology company that aims to provide interoperability solutions.
MphrX created the Minerva Healthcare Data Platform, according to a March 2 release. The platform can be used by organizations to aggregate, access and store data across healthcare delivery networks.
Agilon Health is a healthcare platform that aims to help physician groups transition to a total care model for older adult patients. The company has partnered with a variety of independent primary care physician groups, including a recent partnership with Newark-based New Jersey Family Practice Center.
The acquisition was a $45 million investment and closed Feb. 28, the release said.
