The Medical Group Management Association and Jackson Physician Search are partnering for the third year in a row to improve physician recruitment.
The partnership connects MGMA members and medical practices with consultative resources and recruitment solutions that help drive efficiency and boost patient care quality, according to a March 29 news release. Members are granted access to educational webinars, podcasts and data-driven white papers to help them succeed in a competitive employment market.
"During a time when medical groups continue to face persistent staffing shortages, our all digital, targeted sourcing strategy and unparalleled access to candidates allow us to more rapidly identify and recruit the right physician for the role," Tony Stajduhar, president of Jackson Physician Search and member of the MGMA Board of Directors, said in the release.
MGMA currently embodies 15,000 group medical practices and more than 350,000 physicians.
