Patricia Lopez Po, MD, and Xavier Muñoz, DO, have joined MDVIP, a membership-based healthcare network, as family medicine physicians.
Dr. Lopez Po is currently a diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and an attending physician at the Hospitals of Providence's Sierra Campus and its Memorial Campus, both in El Paso, Texas, according to a Feb. 28 news release.
She specializes in preventive care, women's health, hormone replacement therapy for men and women, aesthetics and travel medicine. She is also a clinical associate professor at Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine in Las Cruces, N.M.
Dr. Muñoz specializes in family medicine at the Del Sol Medical Center and the Hospitals of Providence, both in El Paso, Texas. He has been recognized by the Texas Academy of Family Physicians for his work with elected officials to advance the specialty of family medicine statewide.
"It's a privilege to provide comprehensive primary care to families in the community for the last 15 years," Dr. Muñoz said in the release. "Through my affiliation with MDVIP, I look forward to continuing to serve as a healthcare partner to patients and providing more advanced screening tools and services that enable us to better assess risk and establish wellness plans in which we are both fully invested."
