Renaissance Physicians Partners announced it's seeking to acquire independent providers in the Houston area with the support of Capital Group for Better Health, a joint venture between CareAllies and Renaissance Physicians Organization.
RPP is looking to acquire Houston providers to address physician burnout and shortages by providing both operational and administrative support, including financial and accounting services, contracting with third-party payers, and population health services, according to a Jan. 12 release.
RPP has been affiliated with Renaissance Physicians Organization, which has been in operation for over two decades and currently has a network of 1,400 primary care and specialty physicians who serve an estimated 45,000 patients in the Houston area.
