A Bullhead City, Ariz.-based physician practice has been acquired by Canyon Home Care & Hospice, the home health and hospice provider said Sept. 21.
The internal medicine practice, Thomas G. Dallman, MD, LLC, has been serving patients in the area for more than 30 years. The practice will join Canyon's more than 1,000 clinicians in Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho and Nevada.
